Residents of the Australian Capital Territory (ACT) and South Australia (SA) are not eligible to enter. Northern Territory residents are eligible to enter promotions where the total prize pool is valued at or below $5,000 AUD (including the October 2026 Major Giveaway, valued at $4,999.99 AUD). NT participation may be restricted in future promotions where the prize pool exceeds this threshold. The Promoter reserves the right to restrict or expand eligibility for specific promotions where required and where permits are obtained.

• —Not be a director, employee, contractor, or immediate family member of the Promoter

The Promoter reserves the right to verify identity, age, and residency at any time.

Entries received outside the Promotion Period will not be accepted. Promotions will not be extended based on participation levels. All times are AEST/AEDT as applicable.

6. ENTRY (MEMBERSHIP-BASED ENTRY)

• —Entry allocations are determined by membership tier as displayed on the official website
• —Entries are allocated once payment is successfully processed
• —Only one active membership per individual is permitted

Any attempt to manipulate entries or create multiple accounts may result in disqualification.

7. ALTERNATIVE ENTRY PROCEDURE

• —Name of the specific promotion being entered

Requests must be handwritten and mailed in a standard envelope to: Hunters Rewards Co Pty Ltd PO Box 57 Horsley Park NSW 2175 Entries submitted under this procedure must be handwritten by the entrant, received prior to the Promotion closing date, contain all required information, and be submitted in a separate envelope per entry. Entries that are incomplete, illegible, mechanically reproduced, or non-compliant may be deemed invalid. Entries received via this method will be allocated an entry quantity equivalent to the lowest available membership tier for that promotion.

8. LOYALTY BONUS ENTRIES

• —Apply only while membership remains active
• —Are not transferable
• —Are forfeited if membership lapses
• —Have no monetary value

The Promoter reserves the right to vary or remove loyalty incentives at any time.

9. BONUS ENTRY PROMOTIONS

• —Apply within membership structures
• —Are promotional incentives only
• —Do not constitute separate entry purchases

10. MINI PROMOTIONS (WEEKLY OR PERIODIC GIVEAWAYS)

• —Are conducted weekly or at intervals determined by the Promoter
• —Operate independently of Major Promotions
• —Have their own defined Promotion Period, prize, and draw date

All Mini Promotions will clearly outline: — Prize details — Entry method — Promotional period — Draw timing Mini Promotions are conducted in the same manner as Major Promotions unless otherwise specified.

11. PRIZE DETAILS

Prizes are not transferable, not redeemable for cash, and supplied as described. Winners are responsible for complying with all relevant laws relating to the prize.

12. DRAW PROCESS

• —Be conducted electronically using a random selection system
• —Include all valid entries received during the Promotion Period
• —Be recorded for transparency

13. WINNER NOTIFICATION

• —Notified via phone and/or email within 48 hours of the draw
• —Published on the Promoter's website and/or social media channels

14. UNCLAIMED PRIZE

15. PRIZE COLLECTION (IN-STORE PICKUP)

• —If the winner has elected in-store pickup and the prize is not collected within 6 months of the draw date, the prize will be forfeited and will not be awarded
• —This clause applies only where the winner chooses to pick up the prize from the store — prizes delivered by post or courier are not affected

• —Disqualify entrants who breach these Terms

• —Creates multiple accounts
• —Attempts to manipulate the promotion

• —Any loss, damage, or injury arising from participation or prize use

19. PRIVACY

• —Administering promotions
• —Membership services
• —Communication with entrants

20. GENERAL

• —Amend these Terms where reasonably required
• —Cancel or suspend promotions due to circumstances beyond its control

All promotions are conducted in accordance with applicable Australian laws.

21. MARKETPLACE DISCLAIMER

• —Hunters Rewards Co Pty Ltd takes NO RESPONSIBILITY for any sales, exchanges, or transactions conducted between members
• —Hunters Rewards Co is not liable for any disputes, fraud, misrepresentation, or loss arising from marketplace transactions
• —Buyers are solely responsible for verifying the seller's identity, background, credentials, and the authenticity of items before purchase
• —It is the responsibility of each buyer to conduct their own due diligence before engaging with any seller
• —All firearms must be transferred through a licensed firearms dealer in accordance with applicable state and federal laws

SCAM REPORTING: If you encounter a suspected scam or fraudulent listing, please report it immediately to huntersrewardsco@outlook.com with detailed information. Hunters Rewards Co administrators will review and delete fraudulent listings and take appropriate action when notified or upon discovery. ACTIVE MEMBER ASSISTANCE: If a marketplace poster is identified as an active member in good standing, Hunters Rewards Co may be able to assist with verifying contact details or other relevant information to facilitate legitimate transactions.
